Attempted unsuccessfully to connect to server through RDP
Attempted unsuccessfully to find server IP through vSphere
Found server DNS through vSphere
Server now has an IP of X.X.X.141, indicating there is a DHCP issue
Connected to server through vSphere, but server has no connection to the internet.
Ran network troubleshooter and found DHCP was not enabled
Waited on getting approval from <Director> before fixing DHCP issue, in case it had been intentionally turned off.
Uninstalled Putty to remediate vulnerabilities, new version can be installed once network issues are resolved
