- Attempted unsuccessfully to connect to server through RDP
- Attempted unsuccessfully to find server IP through vSphere
- Found server DNS through vSphere
- Server now has an IP of X.X.X.141, indicating there is a DHCP issue
- Connected to server through vSphere, but server has no connection to the internet.
- Ran network troubleshooter and found DHCP was not enabled
- Waited on getting approval from <Director> before fixing DHCP issue, in case it had been intentionally turned off.
- Uninstalled Putty to remediate vulnerabilities, new version can be installed once network issues are resolved
Ricoh Printer Drivers for Windows Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability

- Connected to server through vSphere
- Found Ricoh Security Program ver1.3.0 through the Ricoh website
- Installed the patch and rebooted server
- Ran a Qualys scan
- Scan showed the vulnerability had been remediated
